Standard Sushi Party
Served Banquet Style. A mix of Appetizers, Sashimi, Sushi Rolls, and Small Bites. There are always leftovers!!!!
Generally 1-3 Bites of each dish. Food is presented on Plates and Large Platters.
Clients are encouraged to request more raw or more cooked items to suit their preferences.
Pop Up
Sometimes we Pop Up in places and try new things. Come fined us!!
"Not Sushi" Cocktail Party or Light Bites
These can be banquet style or passed hors d'oevres. Many different Light Bites available, will build menu to suit the party!

Seated 10-12 course dinner with service. Custom, Curated Menu.
Omakase
Traditional and Modern sushi techniques and flavors. Exotic products, specialty cuts, and artistic presentation. A curated dining experience.
